All Salesman should be trained the way Jeff Mekal is trained not only from the finance leasing vs. purchase perspective in outlining the differences but knowing the vehicle and spending time with customer how various accessories function as wells as explaining the computer safety features on the vehicle and how they apply. The manager and sales rep should be commended for a job well done.
