SERVICE DEPARTMENT NIGHTMARE THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. AFTER MY CAR WAS SERVICED I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG KEYS ( WHICH I DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL THEY CALLED ME ) THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. AFTER MY CAR WAS SERVICED I WAS GIVEN THE WRONG KEYS ( WHICH I DIDNT NOTICE UNTIL THEY CALLED ME ) THEY TOLD ME TO DROP OFF THE KEYS TO THE DEALERSHIP OR THEY WOULD HAVE TO PAY FOR THE OTHER CUSTOMER TO GET INTO A RENTAL. NO APOLOGY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. MY CAR IS A LEASE SO WE DO NOT DRIVE IT TOO OFTEN, IT IS 2 YEARS OLD AND ONLY HAS 11,000 MILES ON IT. A FEW DAYS LATER WE NOTICED THAT THE CAR HAD A 6 INCH SCRATCH ON IT. WHEN I SPOKE TO THE SERVICE MANAGER STEVE HIS RESPONSE WAS " WE ARE NOT TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE SCRATCH, WE DONT EVEN HAVE ANYTHING METAL IN THE SHOP THAT COULD CAUSE A SCRATCH " IM NOT SURE HOW A SERVICE CENTER HAS NOTHING METAL BUT THIS IS WHAT HE SAID. THE LEVEL OF DISRESPECT IS ASTOUNDING TO ME. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE AT MY PREVIOUS TOYOTA DEALERSHIP ( FAULKNER TOYOTA ) SO I WAS JUST BESIDE MYSELF WITH THE WAY WE WERE TREATED BY RUNNEMEDE TOYOTA. I CAN ASSURE YOU THAT I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR ANYTHING, WHICH IS A SHAME BECAUSE IT IS ONLY 3 MILES AWAY FROM MY HOME. I WILL TRAVEL THE 45 MINS. TO FAULKNER TOYOTA FOR MY FUTURE SERVICE AND SALES NEEDS. THE ONLY POSITIVE THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS DEALERSHIP WAS DAMEON THE LOT ATTENDANT WAS VERY HELPFUL WHEN I DROPPED THE CAR OFF. More

Worst Toyota dealership in New Jersey. Management lacks inte I spoke with a Sales Manager arranged a price for A Toyota Camry I had my friend drive 2 hours to purchase the car. When we arrived the sales mgr. Ra I spoke with a Sales Manager arranged a price for A Toyota Camry I had my friend drive 2 hours to purchase the car. When we arrived the sales mgr. Raised the price of the car then the GM apologized but made no attempt to honor the deal or compensate for time spent at dealership. That same day we went to another Toyota dealership and bought the same vehicle for less money than originally agreed on. More
