Extremely pleased with sales, service, and Toyota Corporate response to the frame rotting on my 2000 Tundra. Corporate contribution was $5000 and my out of pocket was $5000 which was a little steep Corporate response to the frame rotting on my 2000 Tundra. Corporate contribution was $5000 and my out of pocket was $5000 which was a little steep although even if I had known it prior to having the repair done I would probably still have proceeded as $5000 out of pocket for 2000 Tundra driven by my wife and with which I new the entire operational / maintenance history with 100,000 gentle miles on it is in my opinion OK. Donny Cahall was very friendly, accomodating and enthusiastic. He assisted us through a tough time. My husband was involved in an 8 car pile up and the car was totaled.
