Careless I been here at least 12 times for oil changes & they haven’t washed my car once nor had car ready once at the time they said. They dropped the ball I been here at least 12 times for oil changes & they haven’t washed my car once nor had car ready once at the time they said. They dropped the ball & didn’t call me to say my car was ready. Service got worse each time I been here. Only reason I go back is location from my house. Even the courtesy shuttle took 1 hour to get me home. One word to describe my experience Awful. More
