Your service takes 2+ hours for a 27 point inspection. My 15,000 mile check was 2.5 hours. At the end I was told I needed a new tire as it was unrepairable. I took my vehicle to a tire place and they repaired it. Don't tell a customer the vehicle will be ready in 2 hours or less if it won't. That being said, your service technicians are polite and friendly. I will be elsewhere for service in the future. More
