I had to drive in from OC for the part. my dealer told me I would get gas because of having to make the trip for the part they couldn't install at the time of purchase. I waited 5 hours for the work to be done since their shuttle only drives you a distance of 10MI from the dealership and I live an hour away. The representative was kind but basically ignored my comment and told me I would need to speak to the dealer that sold me the vehicle. He should have reached out to the dealer for me, I gave him his name. Nice place, but that was a major inconvenience for me and my son to wait 5 hours for tube steps to be installed. More
