The system seems to run quite smoothly. Everyone i interacted with was friendly. However, from the time i got the call that my vehicle was ready, until the time i arrived and signed and Everyone i interacted with was friendly. However, from the time i got the call that my vehicle was ready, until the time i arrived and signed and paid, it had been 25 minutes, and i still waited a further ten minutes for the porters to pull up with my vehicle. I have to assume that this is done intentionally, so as not to have a backup of cars in the pickup area. If the porters don't bring the vehicles out until the bill is paid and they're sure the customer is there, then ten minutes is a perfectly reasonable amount of time. More
