I give 5 stars for the seller. I wish I can give negative stars for the financial manager guy (jun nagaoka) He was so so rude. It was not our fault, he act like he did not care. He asked us to get out of his stars for the financial manager guy (jun nagaoka) He was so so rude. It was not our fault, he act like he did not care. He asked us to get out of his room to talk with the seller. I been waiting for the car for 10days, first we have deposited 1000$. The paperwork already done and today we just go and pick up the car and we just mention about graduate rebate ($500), I have shown my diploma at beginning and first they said it been more than 1 year but when I check their website it was approved for 2 year . we just asked if he can add this to the paperwork. i know all the papers is done, but I hope he can be nice and just said sorry he could not change anything. That all I need, but no he said, it’s ok if I don’t the car, he gonna sell to somebody else. He doesn’t need us. He said just talk to the seller outside his room he have next customer. More

Came-in for service on my 2018 camry at 0120 waited for service in the service bay. Service jeot on checking in everyone behind me for 45 minutes with no one checking me in while i waited inthe car.
