Is this your car go sit a desk 3. Umm ok!! Never reviewed what my services I was getting just asked for my signature. Then when coming back to get my car the lady check me out rude one people skill playing with her nails and hands no communication told me the total and insert my chip again never reviewed nothing that was done. Poor and horrible customer service from beginning to end. Won’t go back was only there because of convenience I work out there. I’ll go back to valley high More

I had a recall last year for my window door switch on the diver side. When I went today on March 8, 2021 to get the door switch fixed from a poor workmanship. The window switch is hanging from the door panel ever since we got the car back from the recall repair, we haven’t been able to take the car back due to the Pandemic. I called and was given an appointment for March 8, 2021 at 8:30 a.m. When I arrived I talk to Service Drive Manager Ivan Arceo wanted to charge me a 150.00 to fix their poor workmanship. He asked me why I did not call or bring the car back. I explained to him “We’re in a Pandemic and everyone’s has been on lockdown, how was I to know that their service department is essential and what is essential when the government is telling you to stay at home if you’re not going to work. If he would had check the mileage on the car, he would have seen I had not been going anywhere. I’m complaining about Ivan Arceo being unprofessional in serving the customer which is me. More
Purchased a "certified used Toyota". Sales experience was mediocre at best, the salesman did not know the english word "hi beam", only could tell me in his language... He didn't know the difference in features between the LE and SE model. Glad I did my research prior to getting to the dealer. Credit application representative tried to sneak in an added feature (alarm) after I declined the add-on with the salesman, so I had to decline it twice. The real cluster is having to deal with service. Service writer did not know what warranty came with certified used Toyota's. Had a tire issue that was caused by an unchecked item (tire pressure) on the certified checklist, resulting in two huge bulges on the inside of a tire making it unsafe to drive on. They will show you a checklist that was scribbled on to show their side, but in this case, a cars tires will not deflate to over 10 psi in one day...they simply were not checked prior to delivery of the vehicle. Took the car in and waited over an hour for the service writer to then tell me that they had to wait on a guy from Nissan to approve the "Toyota" service dept to work on a "certified used Toyota" and that they didn't know if the guy was in that day. Every time I asked status, It was mentioned "well, its used"...as to say you don't get the full treatment for buying a certified used Toyota. So, I took my keys and left. The next day I called and requested the service manager and was directed to someone else who said they could not do anything because I had driven over 1000 miles since delivery. The same thing was said by the Customer Satisfaction Manager...complete lie. I took delivery with over 21000 miles and my OD reads, even today, under 22000 miles. Botton line is, do not expect this dealer to honor the certified warranty by Toyota and expect to be treated like a second class citizen when purchasing a Certified Used Toyota. I warn you, save yourself the pain and choose a different dealer... I will not return to this dealer for anything. More

The Service Department staff were courteous and professional, from the greeters when I first pulled up, to the driver that returned my truck. Great experience!!
