One front tire 5psi low, display settings all changed, they took people without appointments ahead of those with and one employee was wearing his mask improperly. My service writer Benny was nice but the person who answered my call gave me inaccurate info causing me to go to cashier rather than service to pick up my car and everyone seemed to point the finger at someone else.
