Horrible experience I purchased a 35 thousand dollar truck, main reason was for towing I liked the truck they explained to me it was great for towing and that it was capable of towing and also the amoun truck, main reason was for towing I liked the truck they explained to me it was great for towing and that it was capable of towing and also the amount I could tow. Got home a day later went to attach my hitch and the truck didn’t even have anything for towing. Now they want me to pay for everything. I was lied to and was just another sale. They had no ethics or morals knowing it didn’t have a tow hitch. I would never recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle from this dealership . More

The service Adviser had the 2 guys come to pick up 2 of my vehicles, one them being my NON scheduled 2019 Avalon because they thought I still had my 2016. And the Adviser told them to bring it in anyways. my vehicles, one them being my NON scheduled 2019 Avalon because they thought I still had my 2016. And the Adviser told them to bring it in anyways. Not only did take it and "washed it" but they left it with the trash left behind by the driver let alone change out my plate cover WITHOUT my consult. Never will I go back to Toyota of SB. They truly lost all my business from BOTH of my cars for services. More
