I was very disappointed with my recent Service appointment at Toyota of San Bernardino. I had a scheduled appointment for 230. I was given a 2 hour wait time. Horrible experience I purchased a 35 thousand dollar truck, main reason was for towing I liked the truck they explained to me it was great for towing and that it was capable of towing and also the amoun truck, main reason was for towing I liked the truck they explained to me it was great for towing and that it was capable of towing and also the amount I could tow. Got home a day later went to attach my hitch and the truck didn’t even have anything for towing. Now they want me to pay for everything. I was lied to and was just another sale.
