I was very disappointed with my recent Service appointment at Toyota of San Bernardino. I had a scheduled appointment for 230. I was given a 2 hour wait time. I had to wait outside because I was n appointment at Toyota of San Bernardino. I had a scheduled appointment for 230. I was given a 2 hour wait time. I had to wait outside because I was not told prior it was going to take 2 hours. Total time was over 2 hours. Did noteave Toyota until 520. They rotated my tires and inspected the items. No car wash.
