Crooks! I bought a used trade-in and upon getting it home discovered the locking mechanism malfunctioning. I brought it back the next morning and they said their mechanic would look at it. I would bri home discovered the locking mechanism malfunctioning. I brought it back the next morning and they said their mechanic would look at it. I would bring it back about 20 times with the same issue and each time they said their mechanic would look at it. Maybe he looked at it but nothing was corrected and all this added up to over 2 thousand dollars and countless hours and waiting for management to return my calls. In the end the direct manager to me was reassigned to another dealership and Toyota never acknowledged my issue. Maybe it's luck of the draw but you should NEVER rely on luck when purchasing a vehicle. More
