Since I was specific in what I wanted, Brent had to order the truck from Toyota. It took a while to come in but that is Toyota's fault and not Brent's or the Santa Fe dealership's. In the end, the truck came in a month early so that was nice. When it arrived the truck had a few options on it that I did not order and was missing a few that I did. Brent made it right immediately and at no extra cost! Dealing with Brent was excellent. No pressure, no xx, and he got things done. Highly recommend asking fro Brent if you go to Toyota of Santa Fe! We met Michael Lopez who right away treated us like we were family. We told him what we needed and our interests of two models. The RAV4 and 4runner, Michael encouraged us to test drive both to get the feel of the difference. He never pressured us into going for one specific model, he worked hard on getting us the deal we wanted. Michael gave us the best for our trade in, which was hard letting our Tacoma go. In the end we loved and got us a RAV4 thanks to Michael who worked with us and making our trip worthwhile.
