Both cars were for my wife and he was very honest with her, didn't talk down or try to fleece a woman customer as so many others do. He is definitely trying to make sales, I wouldn't call him a no-pressure dealer but definitely low-pressure and does it with a sense of humor. Very down-to-earth, nice guy and we would definitely buy from him again. We have owned 5 Toyotas between my wife and I, never any major mechanical problems, can't say that about the Nissan I owned.
