We set down and filled out my offer and he insured I got the price and the trade-in value I wanted with absolutely no hassle at all. The dealership had a large tent sale going on at another location and several of the staff were off site and the finance folks were overwhelmed but Brent got me right in with Shelly Cornely the Finance Director to complete the loan/paperwork and my new shiny truck was already waiting outside! He gave me time to think, he showed me different options and there was no pressure (my experience with other dealers was “Sign right now because if you wait an hour the car will be gone”).
