We had an issue determining necessary paperwork to get our warranty refunded over at the Subaru dealership. Francesco worked with me, checking on the issue and giving me updates in a timely manner, always friendly and professional. Any question I had, he responded quickly and got an answer for me much faster than I would have anticipated. It's been a joy working with Francesco and if you are in the market for a Toyota, he will make the experience great. More

I was bringing in a vehicle for a pre-purchase inspection and just wanted to make sure I was on the right track and making an educated decision. Even though I wasn't buying from him, he assured me that the car I was buying was a good buy and then went on to follow up with me and continued to advise me through my negotiations. I trust him completely, he didn't push me, was just supportive. I highly recommend Michael, and he will be my go to for any Toyota needs or questions I may have in the future. Also Andy in the service department was great, patient, and gave me good information. Thank you both for your great service and time. More

He has gone out of his way to make sure we are happy with our purchase. Both cars were for my wife and he was very honest with her, didn't talk down or try to fleece a woman customer as so many others do. He is definitely trying to make sales, I wouldn't call him a no-pressure dealer but definitely low-pressure and does it with a sense of humor. Very down-to-earth, nice guy and we would definitely buy from him again. We have owned 5 Toyotas between my wife and I, never any major mechanical problems, can't say that about the Nissan I owned. Love my RAV4! We bought our 2016 RAV 4 Toyota from Jamie Dunn. It was the fastest purchase we've ever made. Called him up on Monday afternoon and Bingo! What a service. We have never experienced this before. Jamie sat down with us and explained the terms of the documents we signed pertaining to the car. He gave us detailed explanation with regards to the features of the car. He even help us sync one of our IPHONES to the car. This is the first time I have used a phone "hands-free". Bravo!
