Cameron went above and beyond to help us find a vehicle that fit our needs. He listened to what we wanted and searched online and showed us available options. Helped us set up the Toyota app, sync our phone, and etc. He was able to answer or get answers to any questions or issues that came up during our experience. If you have an option go somewhere else or at least don't let them register your car. The only service this company provides is lip service. Their motto is "we will get back to you shortly". And when you contact them again you get the same reply. We purchased a new car. They offer to file for tags on your behalf. At first glance this looks like terrific service (which you pay for btw) except what they don't tell you is that the tag will arrive in 30-60 days after purchase (hopefully, as I have zero hope at this point) . The problem is your temporary tags expire in 30 days. You contact them worrying about it and they tell you cops do not issue tickets for this. (Any police officers please feel free to confirm/refute this claim). Only after a week of daily messaging and contacting them after the tags have expired they tell you that it is possible to get it via email. When you speak about this with managers they talk to you aggressively claiming they didn't know there is an issue. To which my reply is are you incompetent or a liar? I am dreading hunting down the second remote. Their claim is due to chip shortage there is a wait of 3 months. First time and definitely last time customer here. More
