While I was waiting Jim sent me a video of the issues discovered during the maintenance process which I felt was very helpful understanding and seeing why the suggested maintenance should be completed. I couldn’t stay to complete everything that morning so I scheduled an additional appointment to get the additional maintenance completed for the following week. The level of customer service provided during the service appointment was very commendable including the employees working at the coffee bar. More
