My wife and I were very interested in a used car this dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left dealership had listed for $14,000. We scheduled a visit to come test drive and buy the vehicle, but when we arrived, they told us a sales person left with the keys. Frustrating, but ok, we rescheduled to come back the next day. The next day, the price suddenly increased by $2,300. I called to figure out what the deal was and wasn't given many answers, but was told they would call back. After nearly 4 hours, myself making multiple follow-up calls, being on hold for nearly an hour in total, they came back and said they were sticking to the price and that it was always the price listed, but claimed someone made a mistake with the $14k price, so they fixed it. The reality is they have had this car for over 3 months and the price had changed several times and was at the $14k price for nearly a full week. All of this is easily verifiable on Carfax. On top of this, they were also going to add over $6,000 in additional fees, not including taxes. The $14,000 car is now actually a $23,000 car. None of this was disclosed or advertised. Ultimately this is an incredibly dishonest dealership. They pulled a bait and switch on pricing, knowingly and directly lied about the pricing history, they do not operate in good faith with their enormous additional secret fees, and will waste several hours of time in the process with many people being incredibly rude along the way as well. I cannot provide a low enough review of this dealership nor a great enough warning to other potential customers. I would highly discourage anyone who values their time, money, or receiving a positive customer service experience from ever stepping foot on their property. More

I called several times, I even talked to Manager called Harry. I asked if there were any nasty surprise in the price tag, All they NO, we are the best of the best. Once there they immediately gave the NASTIEST SURPRISE, they tried to SCAM me with the so called TOYOTA ADVANTAGE PACKAGE for almost $4000 and the lifetime warranty they tell you on the phone is INCLUDED in the sale price, they added for about $1800. So basically they surprised me with almost $5800 USD in a NASTY SCAM. I will go to the Florida legislature with this. I will go to TAMPA CITY Council. I will go to the BBB. This is a NASTY SCAM. Stay away from this dealer. More
