He listened to what I wanted and needed, shiwed me multiple options, and he got the job done! I had worked with 3 other sales people and 2 managers, all trying to put me into something I was not looking for, even though I was clear from the start. Juwan is a quality young man and I highly recommend him to anyone who wants an honest, considerate and thoughtful salesperson. More

I’ve been here 4 times for my warranty car service and had issues every time 1st time they forgot to order me an uber 2nd time they said they usually don’t order Ubers past 4:30 3rd time they incorrect had issues every time 1st time they forgot to order me an uber 2nd time they said they usually don’t order Ubers past 4:30 3rd time they incorrectly charged me 4th time I waited in my car for 15 minutes before getting anyone It just feels scummy when they want me to pay $100 for an air filter and $200 alignment and balance. Then they say the alignment and balance is 50% off and it only goes down to $150 since only the labor is half off. Everyone there has been nice just overworked and seem like they have to do a million things, needs better management or something I just want it to be simple when I get oil change and tire rotation lol More

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. While the oil change was completed, I was disappointed that the windshield washer fluid was not topped off as a courtesy. In addition, the radio station had been changed when I got my vehicle back. These may seem like small details, but they make a difference in the overall customer experience. I would appreciate it if more attention could be given to these details during future service visits and if customers’ vehicles were returned in the same condition they were received.
