Everyone is nice here. However, your service will take forever. The first time I went for a tire rotation and I waited 3 hours. Granted it was a Saturday, but for a simple thing you would expect less time. Also if not for me asking if my car was ready it would’ve been longer. The second time I went on a Thursday at 6pm and there was only about 4 people waiting at the lobby for service and I was told I’d be out in less than an hour. It took an hour and a half to get my keys. I had checked outside after an hour and went outside and saw my car parked. However I thought it wasn’t done. After 1 hour and a half I got my keys and the car was in the same spot I saw. Both times the service was probably done in a timely manner, but there’s a breakdown in efficiency in when the customer gets the car back. I would recommend checking constantly and asking. More
Paid $400 to fix my door handle and for it to not be fixed, but I didn't purchase a small cover next to the handle. They tried to fix it when I came backbut still came off. They said i must have open my fixed, but I didn't purchase a small cover next to the handle. They tried to fix it when I came backbut still came off. They said i must have open my door wrong for it to come off again and because I didn't buy the smash cover next to the handle. Would have to pay $250 for a small cover and the labor again. Never coming back More

I took my car to Toyota for maintenance, and my experience was very disappointing. I arrived early in the morning, and the person who assisted me had a strong smell of marijuana, which I found comp experience was very disappointing. I arrived early in the morning, and the person who assisted me had a strong smell of marijuana, which I found completely inappropriate for a professional environment and created a very negative first impression. Their attitude reflected a lack of professionalism and commitment to their job. The service was very poor; instead of properly guiding me, they only tried to sell me additional services that, in my opinion, my vehicle did not need, without showing any real interest in providing good customer service. In addition, my car was not returned to me properly—I had to go outside on my own to find where it was parked, when normally the process is more organized and even includes a car wash, which was not done this time. The attitude was rude throughout the entire interaction, and considering that their services are quite expensive, I would expect much more care in the quality of their staff and the experience they provide. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. More
