If I could give a 0 rating for our experience tonight I would. We arrived and walked around for about 10 minutes with no one to help us. Finally spoke to the gentleman at the front desk. They gave us a sal would. We arrived and walked around for about 10 minutes with no one to help us. Finally spoke to the gentleman at the front desk. They gave us a sales assistant that we could barely understand. Didn't offer us to look at the vehicles. Left us for about 15 minutes, came back, gave us the paper for one vehicle, then immediately asked what we wanted to offer. We asked if we could have a few moments to discuss with one another. He left and came back 10 minutes later with a sales "manager". Didn't get his name, he was a little older with an accent. He was rude, disrespectful and completely out of order. He wanted to charge us an additional $8000 over the final msrp just because the vehicle is in high demand. He was loud as well. Needless to say we left immediately. Rudest salesperson that we have ever dealt with. We have never had a sales rep speak with us in that manner ever!!! We were actually going to buy thr vehicle, so sucks for him to lose the sale.
