Both Mr. Asaad & Mr. Castillo worked past closing time to get the deal done right. Spending most of my time with Mr. Asaad, he kept the proceedings smooth & left me with no questions at the end of the night, having already run the numbers & explained the TOTB Advantage. Bottom line, he was able to negotiate a killer trade-in deal on my behalf. Mr. Castillo took over afterward & helped me get through the usual myriad of paperwork. What made it special for me is that we were able to be completely candid about everything from the laws that led to certain paperwork to what combination of protections would be right for me given what’s covered by the used car service contract. An overall amazing visit! As with all things, be sure to arm yourself with the most knowledge you can before heading to the dealership so you keep their jobs easy. More
