Put WRONG OIL in. Put WRONG AMOUNT of oil in. Caused a seal leak that had to be fixed right away. Female Assistant Service Mgr was extremely rude, even before the oil mistake. My mother came here with me to get a used car. Our sales manager, Richard Cosme, worked with us to get a great car within my mom's budget. He told us about the differences between models and options, understands how to explain them so we easily understood. One of the best we’ve ever seen. He’s friendly and patient and makes you feel that you are truly comfortable with the whole purchasing agreement. Our finance manager Parker was professional and informative while we filled out our finance paperwork. We are looking forward to many years with our new Venza Limited! More
