I was looking for a Toyota Prius online and found what I was looking for at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Amber Credeur in the Internet Sales department contacted me within 10 minutes of my online inquiry. She made was looking for at Toyota of Tampa Bay. Amber Credeur in the Internet Sales department contacted me within 10 minutes of my online inquiry. She made an appointment for me to see the car and kept in contact with me throughout the week. Amber was quick to respond to any questions I had. When I arrived at the dealership she had the car ready. She walked us through the entire process from the test drive to putting the tag on the car after I purchased it. Her customer service skills were exceptional. Fernando in the Finance department was also amazing! He worked to get me the best deal possible. I am extremely happy with the service I got at Toyota of Tampa Bay. I would definitely make the drive down for my future vehicle needs. More
