From my recent, first and only experience with this dealership, I got a very good feeling. As it was my first time buying a car, I was expecting to feel very intimidated but I actually felt quite comfo dealership, I got a very good feeling. As it was my first time buying a car, I was expecting to feel very intimidated but I actually felt quite comfortable. The dealership is spacious and nice and even has some amenities for its guests. My only issue was with how high the additional dealer fees were, the car came out to much higher than advertised, but that's to be expected just about anywhere in Florida so I don't hold it against them. The staff there are very friendly and seem to genuinely care. In particular, my husband and I were working with Dino Ricci. First and foremost, I have to commend this guy for his patience with me!! We were there for so long and he didn't complain once. He took the time to explain things to me as a first-time buyer and I knew he wasn't only after my money. He did everything he could to get me the best value in his power and took the time to listen and take my situation into consideration. He even went above and beyond, making sure we were comfortable by getting us cold water, napkins while we were eating lunch, and offering up his phone charger since we were there so long! I would've never expected such patience and care. I believe Dino truly did everything he could. I also appreciate Sammy, his manager, for stepping in and helping as well! He even further explained the finances to me and ensured we were able to get the best deal Toyota could provide, very carefully looking into the situation and seeing all that he could do. I don't think I could've gotten such a great car without these two! More

I found the car I was interested in online and checked the box to see if it was still available. Within a few minutes Dino called me and we set up an appointment for a test drive.
