However, when I went to look at a car I saw online at this place, I had the pleasure of meeting Thomas Bolger. I arrived at the dealership ready to thwart off any shady sales tactics, but it felt like I ran into a friend from high school. Everyone I encountered was top notch and conveyed a genuine sincerity in talking to you. Any question I asked was answered with a straight answer, no BS. I felt like I somehow hired a big law firm to fight the banks for the loan and terms I wanted for the car I wanted. I plan on moving to the west coast soon, but every future car purchase I make will be through these guys. Can't recommend them highly enough. More

Thankfully, Toyota was incredibly helpful and worked with my financial institution and helped me get into a beautiful 2016 Honda Accord. The entire process was smooth and the dealership was beyond accommodating. Specifically, Aimee Morris and Conner Neglio were rockstars and thanks to them, I am driving a new car! I would recommend this dealaership to anyone and highly suggest requesting Aimee or Conner as your salesperson! More

At the moment of sitting with the people on charge to negotiate the numbers our nightmare began they treated to us was horrible and worst we felt despised and humiliated by the gentleman so much so that I burst into tears in front of everyone but worse still was When he practically pressured us to negotiate in his own way and told us to close the deal since he had to go because he had been working all day and had a family waiting for him. After deciding to negotiate the numbers at the time of signing was something horrible first the gentleman did not explain any of the documents only told us where we had to sign and passed the documents so fast without giving us the opportunity to be able to read them and I do not know if it was a popular phrase of them But also he let us know that they wanted to get out of that because he had a wife and a son who were waiting for him and then I wonder why they say the dealer is open late if apparently the employees do not want to work.They forget to thanks of the customers that go there and decide to buy they still have a job? At the time we finished signing in a hurry because everyone wanted to go the only person who was by our side and helped us to move our things to our new car was our salesman without pressure or complaints but in the course I observed two employees talking And laughing to my amazement one of the people I saw was the same guy that at the time of signing the documents he pressed to sign fast because he wanted to leave since he had his family that was waiting for him but then why he still there???. I have never had to go through so much humiliation and mockery when buying a car even was my 4 time that I bought a car but my first time to try this dealer and for sure is going to be my last. Beside of this when I get to my house I start reviewing all the details on my sales contract I found a few discrepancies that makes us visit again the place and having a bad day even change my numbers thanks God that I read everything even the millage the they report on a DMV document was not correct and they knew that information was when was the time to discuss this document he say that this doesn't matter but if I had to change the information to make me happy (thing that I see so disrespectful) he do it the problem it's not making me happy the problem is the document DMV) is very clear and it's perjury giving false information how you tell that it's no matter when I noticed not only this they charge me a $1,000.00 for putting tint to only two windows WHATTTT they dont told me that I will so stupid if I pay something like that when personally know how much cost put tint on two windows I really was so dissapointed of this dealer even when I dont have any bad experience with my prior dealers we only was looking for better prices. But well said the good service is priceless More
