Tracey even sent me a video of the vehicle so I knew what to expect when I got there! The buying process went smooth. They did everything they could to make sure I was getting the best deal! Best Dealership Around!! Buying a car I always dread it because I feel like it's a long process. But when I got the place I was greeted with such friendliness. I was supposed to be meeting Nidal but I ended up with his partner Mohammad. He mad my husband and I feel comfortable right on the spot. I was going to look at an used SUV but Mohammed showed me a brand new Toyota Corolla and I fell in love with all the features and safety on it. But with my credit I wasn't sure if I would get it, but Mohammad made it happen. I was so excited he did everything that I ask. I couldn't ask for a better person to work with. Him and Nidal worked together and Nidal made sure I felt comfortable with everything in the car before I left. I will always refer everyone to these two they are a powerful duo. Best experience!! I started my day off thinking I'm going to get this one car but ended up coming out with a completely different car which I absolutely fell in love wi I started my day off thinking I'm going to get this one car but ended up coming out with a completely different car which I absolutely fell in love with! I also ended up switching my insurance while I was there and saved big bucks! I never knew you could change insurance companies at a dealership. Mrs. Danielle Umana Powell was my insurance agent and she is amazing! She really saved me a lot of money by switching and also my fiancé as well! Not only did I save big on my insurance but also on a brand new 2017 Toyota Corolla. My sales agent, Alan Brodsky, is beyond wonderful. He was there through every step and made sure I knew everything going on. You know how some dealers play games with you but with Alan, not of that happened. He even showed me on his computer all of the figures that was put in so I knew there's no extra charges. He even bought lunch for me and took very, very good care of me! I had the BEST experience with Alan and Danielle! I highly recommend coming here for your new purchase. You won't be disappointed! More
