After sending Meagan all the required information about my trade and the type of vehicle I was wanting to purchase, we agreed to a price over the phone. A month later after my truck was built, I went to Toyota of Tampa Bay to pick it up and everything they promised me a month earlier was exactly what I got and the truck was flawless!!! NO SMOKE AND MIRRORS AND CERTAINLY NO BAIT AND SWITCH AT THIS DEALERSHIP!!! Meagan truly cares about her customers!! Poor managed, overworked service department I have been going to this dealer for over 6 years now for service work for my 07 FJ. In the past they have been outstanding in service. Although it appears they have made changes to the service dept.. The service is anything but. June 27th 2016 I purchased 03 Echo. I came in with a coupon they mailed to me for a free tire rotation. I also wanted balancing that I new I was going to have to pay for. This service advisor tries to sell me everything under the sun. I tell him twice that the car has only has 15,000 MI. They charge me $62.00 for balancing.I later call the service advisor, he gives me a 50.00 card to use their. Today I visit for a oil change. They can't do it until next week. Today is Thurs, not a holiday weekend. I also tried scheduling online, I wait 5 days, no return call. I'm at Whesley Chaple Toyota now. I know we're I will be doing business for now on. More
