Thursday I met with Elissa McClure at Tampa Bay Toyota, who I found to be very honest about what she knew about the product (a recent hire by the dealership) and together we put together a vehicle and a price that interested my wife. Friday evening my wife picked up the new vehicle. We found out that Elissa actually stayed after her schedule hours Friday to participate in the vehicle delivery. So the bottom line is Elissa turned a shopper into a buyer and my wife is happy. More
