Hands down best experience. I went in to the Tampa Bay Toyota location on Fletcher because my 2012 Yaris had a nail in the tire. I was sitting around with my daughter when Ahmed I went in to the Tampa Bay Toyota location on Fletcher because my 2012 Yaris had a nail in the tire. I was sitting around with my daughter when Ahmed sathe next to me and said Hello. I like the fact that his approach waso calm and warming. He started with small talk and gradually asked me about my car and that he could help me get a newer car. Well long story short Ahmed went above and beyond on helping me as well as PJ Leary the Finance manager. Both of them were amazing, friendly, and made me feel like they really care. I will be bringing friends and family to get a car and I will be referring them to PJ and Ahmed. More

Sammy Hawana was a great salesman and a really nice guy! Sammy was more than I could have hoped for in a car salesman. I was looking online at many dealerships for a used manual car. I ended up inquiring about a used mazda 3 on the Toyota of Tampa Bay website. Sammy immediately reached out to me by email, and told me that he would send a video of the car. I honestly thought it would just be a standard video, but it was a personalized video and he went through the entire car. He was very honest about the car in the video, showing both the good and the bad. I spoke with him on the phone, and he was very friendly, and seemed genuinely interested in helping me out. At the dealership, he did a great job showing me around, and worked with me to get the best deal I possibly. After purchasing the car, he helped me make sure that I had everything good to go (like setting up the bluetooth). The next day he called to make sure that everything was good, and told me to call him anytime I needed something. I really appreciate everything he did for me.
