THANK GOD FOR THE NEW GUY! Let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal Sales and Service customer for about 4 years now with Toyota of Tampa bay. I have bought 3 vehicle Let me start off by saying that I have been a loyal Sales and Service customer for about 4 years now with Toyota of Tampa bay. I have bought 3 vehicles and I service them there regularly. Everytime I've gone I have been more than please with the service, that was until the last time I went to change my daughters battery. She has an older toyota Avalon and the battery pack in those suckers are huge, not to mention I am on the older side. With that being said i did have a little trouble getting it out of my Tundra, here is the part that frustates me, I could count 3 employees with red shirts just staring at me from different areas. While getting the battery out I slightly stumbled and not one was willing to ask to help me it honestly did not seem they were interested in helping at all. Thats when I see a young gentleman who said his name was Kahlil? (Sorry if I butchered the spelling!) running across the street towards me, without asking a single word he grabbed the battery and asked where to? The whole way to the service place we had a wonderful conversation and he even offered to grab me a bottle of water and apologized for his coworkers behaviors. He has honestly been the most professional person I have seen working there for a very long time and I completely love it. You will be seeing me there for my next vehicle and I can guarantee you he will be the only person I see there!! P.S. He did mention he just started so I do not think his name will be on your employee list sadly. More

Continues to impress Toyota of Tampa Bay! I bought my 05 Scion xB, my 08 Tacoma and now my 2016 4Runner from these fine folks and they have never disappointed me in any as Toyota of Tampa Bay! They really do an amazing job of breaking the "Car Salesman" stigma and make you feal like family before and after your purchase. I will always recommend them to friends and family because of this. My most recent visit to buy my new 4Runner I dealt with Sammy Hawana. I cannot speak highly enough of him. He is a fine young family man who puts passion into all that he does. He was able to get me and my wife into newer vehicles all in the same evening and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with our agreements before we committed to our contracts with the folks in the financial department. I hope that the management keeps a firm eye on him and also invests in his growth and development while he is there.
