Cold Hearted to Forever Love Lets start out by saying my entire family owns Toyota. I have been taking all my cars to Toyota of Tampa Bay for 5 years now and have had no issues. Lets start out by saying my entire family owns Toyota. I have been taking all my cars to Toyota of Tampa Bay for 5 years now and have had no issues. 2005 Scion tC, I took it to get my oil changed on a Friday 4/1. The same salesman sees me all the time and came up to me noticing I was in a different car then last. As we were talking like normal he offered to look into getting me into something a bit newer. Long story short I went in that Sunday 4/3 and began talking with the same salesmen about on 13' Scion tC. Went through the process came back told me what my monthly payments would be, test drove the car, signed off on what I was told "your approved, Congrats, Happy Birthday" and out the door I went 4 hours later that Sunday. Enjoying my new car a week before my 21st birthday I left like I had accomplished so much and came so far. I got a call Monday afternoon 4/4 from the business manager (Ammar Al-aghawani) that I needed to come in and discus some offers that came through. I wasn't sure what he was talking about, I thought I finished it all up on Sunday. Cancelling family dinner, I went back to the dealership to here my two options which were nothing like I was told the day before, but Ammar told me to not give up, hold on to the car a couple more days and let him try to figure something out. I got an email asking me how my experience was buying my first car from them. I wrote back stating the situation in detail, thinking that nobody would even respond and that I was wasting my time, shockingly I got a response within that hour. Completely blow my mind. A day or two went by 4/6 and I had heard nothing, I thought again well maybe that response was to try to col my jets a little bit so I called in to Ammar and told him I was coming back to get my old car and he can have this one back. Again he told me" give me a day or two don't give up on this, why would you give up on yourself, Im not trying to steer you wrong." So I did and boy am I glad I did. Thursday 4/7 the day before my 21st birthday I got the news that I got to keep my car. He pushed and pushed to get me approved. Being young and not having much credit, not having much to put down, on a $16k car, Its a miracle. They worked around me and what I had to offer them and that tells me they strive to make the customers happy. All of Toyota came together to make deal happen. I will never buy a car from anywhere else. I went from feeling as I was being taken advantage of, to really seeing that they do care about their customers, no matter the age, race, new or old customers. I have never met so many caring individuals in one company. They treat you as family and will do what it takes to make a situation right. None the less, Ammar Al-aghawani is so wonderful, handling abad situation and was on his job to get it right. . He went above and beyond my expectations in the end. I can't thank him and all of Toyota Of Tampa Bay on Fletcher Ave Tampa FL enough for all that they have done for me and to make this happen! Forever my loyalty to you guys <3 More

Although i have yet to buy a car, Miguel's advice has been the best and most realistic on my quest to buying my first car. He did not pressure me into buying a different car, unlike the other dealerships who've literally followed me around and made me uncomfortable about the whole car buying experience. I shopped at least 6 other dealerships and 3 other Toyota dealerships. Miguel gave me great advice about credit, interest rates, loans and a ballpark price range that best suited me. Although I've decided to work a little more on building better credit and continue my car search in a few more months. I will definitely contact Miguel when Im ready to shop for a car again. He is by far the most knowledgeable person Ive spoken with about car buying without the high pressure sales. I recommend anyone looking for great professional service to go to him! More
