Both purchases were made with Eyad Alaghawani leading the way as my guide (Salesman) through both these Positive Customer Service experiences. His interpersonal skills are excellent, his empathy skills are dynamic along with just being one classy friendly human being. If there were any obstacles he, (along with General Sales Manager Dan Sills & new F&I Manager Wayne Sebring & Service Manager Nick Meriwether), not only just over came them but exceeded my and my twelve year old son's expectations. I work in Sales & it takes a lot for my son & I to be impressed with Sales/Service people in general. But one step inside that beautiful, warm family friendly environment of a showroom & Service area , every step of this car buying experience seemed almost effortless by the staff. If there is a "hiccup" or "problem" they "RESOLVE" it in seconds. Excellence every time! We've purchased 3 New Tundras, 1 used car, and now my NEW RAV4 from Toyota of Tampa Bay, and will not go anywhere else.
