Having purchased four Toyotas in the past and been to the "rodeo" before, I didn't get the feeling or follow-up impression that they were interested. Thursday I met with Elissa McClure at Tampa Bay Toyota, who I found to be very honest about what she knew about the product (a recent hire by the dealership) and together we put together a vehicle and a price that interested my wife. Friday evening my wife picked up the new vehicle. We found out that Elissa actually stayed after her schedule hours Friday to participate in the vehicle delivery. So the bottom line is Elissa turned a shopper into a buyer and my wife is happy. More

Very transparent during the sales process. I'm not into going back and forth. I'm all about not screwing around and getting a deal done. Not to many great sales guys left these days, but he has been there for years which is very uncommon and shows how good he really is. The dealership as a whole has done some nice upgrades over the past couple of years which is also a huge plus getting your vehicle serviced post sale. Keep up the good work Toyota of Tampa Bay! More
