The management, including the general manager, Mark Schols, is deeply concerned about customer satisfaction which is nice to see.He addressed my concerns in a professional and expeditious manner. I returned to this dealership to purchase another vehicle after an auto accident primarily because of the excellent service I received on my other two vehicles by my service adviser, Samantha every time I go into the dealership. Starting with a highly detailed oriented Salesman, Marin McLymont, who went the extra mile on several issues, Robert Torino Jr., who stayed late on his Anniversary, just for us, to Mike Aly, used car Manager, a man of his word who went out of his way, when he didn't have to, to Kimberly Willard, Store Administrator, who extended herself to satisfy a thorny issue, to Tony Rider, Collision Consultant, who was highly personable, honest, thorough, set us at ease from a very unsetting accident. Been buying several cars both personally and corporately for decades and I can unequivocally state without reservation TOYOTA OF TAMPA BAY is THE VERY BEST dealership I have ever experienced and I have had some good ones. If they couldn't give me a good deal, it's fine. Don't make up the price, then making mistake on pricing, after that, they call other man come with another price .The price is higher .So ridiculous. Then they become mad at me. Why? because they tell me the price which is higher, and I don't agree with the price. Maybe, I'm unlucky However, with my experience today, I never ever come back More

I stumbled upon the Scion IM (car of my dreams) while picking up my license plate that just so happened to be at the Toyota of Tampa Bay collision center. Everyone working at this dealership was extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful towards me and my family. They listened to my expectations and needs, and helped me get back into a great (if not better) vehicle that day! I had been to 3-4 other dealerships (some 10x dirtier and not so friendly) with 0 luck and was so taken aback by the excellent service/understanding I received at TTB. Bob Novak and the other employees of Toyota of Tampa Bay have made me a very happy customer! More
Highly impressed!!! I had been in the market for a Toyota Camry for a long time. Found exactly what I was looking for on the Internet and submitted my application. Within minutes I got a phone call back from John Weicherding asking me to come down to the dealership for a test drive. Although my credit was not as strong as others John went above and beyond to get me in the vehicle. The process was painless and within an hour and half I was signing the papers and the keys were in my hand. I've owned 13 cars in my lifetime and this experience was by far the best I've ever had. Sammy Hawana took very good care of me. He worked very hard with Mike Aly in Finance to get me a deal that I could accept. I got up to leave and he said everythin took very good care of me.
