Salesman John Weicherding was very helpful and knowledgeable. Got me into the right car and negotiation was pleasant (price was good, too)! After sale, though, it took too long to get the finance paperwork done; almost 45 minutes sitting in waiting area. I understand that I was the last sale of the day and (apparently) the customer ahead of me took a long time, but SOMEONE should have been able to step in and finish the finance piece. Once I was seen, it took less than 10 minutes. Finance guy Mike Aly was very pleasant, but someone else should have been able to step in so I did not have to wait quite so long. More
