Sales manager needs to learn some people skills The only thing decent about this place was Monzer my salesman. The rest of them are fire breathing chain smoking rip off artists. I listened to several outbound phone calls from other sales sharks while I was being setup and it was disgusting. The "closer" who is also a manager (John Weicherding) was disrespectful and condescending and tried to force me into a car I wasn't there to buy. Thank you for your time Monzer you get 5 STARS. Finance guy took numerous calls and allowed other employees to interrupt our session looking for random papers. Come on! More

While waiting for the repairs, Mohamed met us and showed us new Avalons and Rav 4s, at our request. He offered me a deal too sweet to pass up so we bought a new 2015 Rav 4. He is an excellent salesman and explained all the key features of the vehicle. When we got to Finance, Franklin Millan also took great care of us and gave us a deal on financing and added maintenance. Through it all he was professional and courteous. He did a great job! Those three employees should be employee of the month for their respective areas! Great dealership! More
