First and foremost I want to thank Miguel Vazquez (My sales guy) he was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable not to mention funny at times. He took his time to make sure I left happy , also I have to say it was great meeting several people like Martin, john, Robert, and the receptionist. New Vehicle Purchase My salesperson was Meagan Dozier. She was very attentive to me and my concerns. Her responsiveness to my calls and texts was always prompt. She not only worked with me through the sale but also after the sale. The dealership (not Meagan) at first was very anxious to put keys in my hand and send me on my way with a vehicle that was not exactly what I wanted. I requested a few extra days to get things in order on my end (trade-in car, insurance arrangements, financing research, etc...). They acquiesced, which then gave them time to find the right vehicle from another dealership and get it all cleaned up/detailed and ready for me. In the end, everything worked out perfectly and I am very happy with my new Highlander. More
