Alan and Tom showed me how to work everything in my car. Alan provided me with a great deal that allowed me to be able to afford my car notes. This is the 4th car I have purchased from Toyota of Tampa. Each experience has been excellent over the years with the most recent being outstanding since I was recently in a car accident that totaled out my last Toyota. Great customer service and sales After buying about 5 new units from stadium Toyota, their service has declined from sales to car services over the years due to staff movement, I went After buying about 5 new units from stadium Toyota, their service has declined from sales to car services over the years due to staff movement, I went to buy a new vehicle out there spent over 25 minutes in the new car lot and no one came to assist me, I even asked a salesman a question who answered while walking and kept walking. I then drove to Toyota of Tampa Bay and immediately a salesman came over and helped me make a purchase. The finance person also went over and beyond, rewrote the paperwork 3 times till we were satisfied. On a Saturday we left 30 minutes after the dealership was supposed to close driving home a new vehicle. Great service, will definitely come back and recommend others. More

Rip Off Artists! Buyer beware! This place will sell you a vehicle that can cause bodily harm and they don’t care about your well being to rectify it. I’ve reported Buyer beware! I’ve reported this dealership to Consumer Affairs, BBB and State Attorney office for fraud. Once I found out my car had serious alignment issues after purchase, I reached out to the VP Mark Schols and CEO Larry Morgan about the issue. I felt the car should not only be repaired but the first month also paid since they lied and said the car was in good working order. Mark and Larry are both unscrupulous business men who don’t care about their customers. They did offer to fix the issues but refused to pay the first payment. Mark proceeded to become unprofessional towards me when I asked and I’ve attached a screenshot of his email response to me below. I felt it was fair for them to also pay the first installment considering the alignment issue and grinding noise it produced. Larry Morgan is completely disconnected to any wrong doing in this matter and takes no responsibility for the situation at hand. I would advise to stay far away from any Morgan Auto Group Business as they will lie and cheat for a deal. To their other victims, I suggest contacting Consumer Affairs and other organizations to file complaints. It’s the only way they will actually GET IT! More
