To my surprise I was greeted with a salesman that changed my life! His name is Dino. Dino was very personable and we chatted about my son being a Marine and his son a solider. In my experience most car salesmen talk about what ever they think will help them make a sale! Dino was not that way! He was enjoyable and cared about my and my husband's opinion. Dino went well beyond the average salesman! He helped us like no one ever had before! I usually do not write reviews but in this day and time it's hard to find extradnary people who go well past their title to help you! Too often I hear horror stories from friends who have shopped at other dealerships. We have purchased three Toyotas from Toyota of Tampa Bay. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You would never have any remorse or headache here. The minute we met Jose Ortiz I knew we were in the best place in Tampa. He was smiling, kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He genuinely loves his work and generously gives time and energy to his customers. We had bought a 2012 Highlander from Matt Mackowiak four years ago and had such a good experience we were pleased to see that he was promoted. I knew that no other new car than a 2016 Highlander would make me happy, and I love our new car.
