Toyota of Tampa Bays collision center and service dept are above the rest. They fixed my PT Cruiser after I so kindly rearended a fellow driver. there were some issues with my motor mounts and AC that too are above the rest. Do not buy here!!! Service department sucks. Do not deal with Jason, Cliff, and Dave. They are rude and treated my wife with no respect. They sold me a lemon and did not care. They are worthless. We found Toyota of Tampa Bay to be honest and easy to work with on the purchase of our new Sequoia. We previously visited a dealership in Wesley Chapel, Fl and left without making the purchase there b/c work with on the purchase of our new Sequoia. It was refreshing to find a salesman (Matthew Mackowiak) that was willing to address our needs and treat us with respect throughout the buying process. They were able to locate the color and style we wanted within a week. In addition, David Farner in financing was pleasant, efficient, and informative during the final phase of the purchase. The entire sales team conducted themselves professionally and did not resort to high pressure sales tactics to make the sale. I highly recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay for their sales/finance department and their service department (which I used previously with my Toyota 4-Runner). More
