I scheduled my appointment at 6 in the morning, and I was the first one there. All I needed to get done was a clear bra removal from the front of the car. I called back at 2 pm and they said that they would need to keep the car overnight to finish working on it. I needed the car the same night, so I told them I was coming to pick up the car after work. After 11 hours of having my vehical, I arrived at the dealership to pick it up and noticed that not a single thing was done to it. I left with no charge.
