I'm so sick at heart to know that after going to Toyota of Tampa Bay for 5 consecutive years, I'm still receiving the same lousy service from the mechanics. The mechanics have continuously neglect to check of Tampa Bay for 5 consecutive years, I'm still receiving the same lousy service from the mechanics. The mechanics have continuously neglect to check the work they're supposed to do with the vehicles. From day one, it has always been some bad experience with them simply because they failed to complete or follow-up on the job they worked on. With my last visit on Oct 6th, along with the scheduled oil change, I had request for my windshield wipers to be changed. After inspecting my vehicle when I got it back I discovered one broken wiper installed and the 2nd one was missing from the windshield. I popped the hood only to discover the missing wiper under the hood by the engine. I then walked to show my service rep, how the mechanic installed a broken wiper and the 2nd wiper inside the hood of the car leaving the wiper bar without its wiper. Such practice should be unacceptable and not tolerated by their supervisor. I can only imaging the additional damages that could have been caused and my safety if I'd had driven off without taking initiative to inspect the vehicle before driving out. The ONLY reason why I continue to go to Toyota of Tampa Bay is because of the excellent customer service I get from Norman in service, Jarod and Dillon from the sales. If it were not not because of the quality service of the 3, I would never step foot there or recommend Toyota of Tampa Bay to anyone. More

I did find two issues: (1) I liked the customer lounge on the second floor as a quiet place to work, it is now taken away; (2) the power outlets below the seats in the waiting area did not work. I had to plug into the wall across from my seat. It would be nice if the power outlets under the sofa seats worked so I could power my laptop. Thanks Manish More
