Paid $400 to fix my door handle and for it to not be fixed, but I didn't purchase a small cover next to the handle. They tried to fix it when I came backbut still came off. They said i must have open my fixed, but I didn't purchase a small cover next to the handle. They tried to fix it when I came backbut still came off. They said i must have open my door wrong for it to come off again and because I didn't buy the smash cover next to the handle. Would have to pay $250 for a small cover and the labor again. Never coming back More

I don't know about others' experience, but my service experience has always been excellent. Service was good as expected. Love the free oil change. Service reps need further customer service training. Their smiles and polite conversation seem very shallow. And Im tired of the upselling and offers to change my car. More

Leadership was very professional but it's very helpful and Hayward the advisor was very helpful in getting everything I needed done to oil change and went over a lot of other stuff I felt available dealer and Hayward the advisor was very helpful in getting everything I needed done to oil change and went over a lot of other stuff I felt available dealership was great please I enjoyed my stay there and my work was done quickly this is my second time there and I'm definitely be coming back my first visit they put tires on and all that and this other thing for the bar appointment for me Derek Haywood was their service advisor he was great also enjoyed the small Cafe you had I'm getting yourself to eat and drink the coffee was great More
