I brought my 2020 4Runner in for 20,000 mile service. It needed a new battery! Taylor explained the benefits of the lifetime battery. I purchased it because of his explanation. 1) don’t add the things in work order which u don’t really do or work on. Example- car wash, multi point inspection etc where advisor do say that its was was done but seen never done. Neither softcopy provided rather just a screen shot which not sure for which vehicalnit was done. Raises trust issue on what was done . 3) every where credit cards accepted without any extra fees. Didn’t like for charging extra 3% when you use credit card. More
