It’s intimidating sometimes taking your vehicle to get serviced. I’ve been a loyal customer to Toyota of tampa bay for about a year now because of Derick Howard (service advisor). Even the ownership , providing 25 cent full size waters in their machines , the cafe, with the low priced, but actually quite good menu provide name! Truthfully, they are why I stay with Toyota, I can drive any car I choose, but with service and hospitality that this dealer provides you would be crazy to drive anything but Toyota!! More
