My 1 year warranty for my 2020 Corolla SE had just ended 2 months ago and I thought I’d have to pay out of pocket to have my coolant system replaced (common issue with corollas at 40k miles) and he went ahead and contacted Toyota advocating they cover the cost of this $900 repair and he was able to get them to accommodate me. He’s awesome and I wish more dealerships would provide as smooth of an experience as he did for me! More
