They suck in Service and they do not respect, Seniors, Disable Veterans and VIP CUSTOMERS. Today I confirmed why I left 3 years ago for Service and to buy a new vehicles. Sun Toyota has stepped up higher Disable Veterans and VIP CUSTOMERS. Today I confirmed why I left 3 years ago for Service and to buy a new vehicles. Sun Toyota has stepped up higher than them and have real Professionals, that care about their CUSTOMERS, SO they can feel good to come back and buy more. Over Tampa Bay we are just a number, not an asset. They forget that we pay their Salaries and their commissions and keep the store open. For me is more than that, because I am a Veteran and Veterans deserve respect. I do not recommend this Dealer for Service, but there still are some Managers like Gregg, that care for the Customer. They need to retrain the rest if the new people there, because they are scaring out the CUSTOMERS, for the bad service and for not being to Respectful and Professionals. Shame on you Tampa Bay! You lost a new car Customer! More
