Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly service advisor, after asking me what my appoint My wife set a 7:00 am appointment for an oil change. Upon my arrival I was greeted by a very friendly service advisor, after asking me what my appointment was for, he looked over my past history and concluded I needed nothing more than the normal tire rotation and oil change. She asked me if I would like them to look at the filters in the car. I agreed and they showed me a very dirty cabin filter and engine filter. I had them replaced. At no time was there any pressure to do work that I did not deem necessary. Outstanding service department. More
