Never ever ever again will I waste my time with these people I made an appointment to take my car in got there at 7 they had it in the back so to my knowledge i thought it was ready when they brought it out so I made an appointment to take my car in got there at 7 they had it in the back so to my knowledge i thought it was ready when they brought it out so I drove it off the lot the maintenance light was still on I took it back I asked them what did they do as far as maintenance to the car the guy told me I put antifreeze in it antifreeze!!! my car was supposed to get maintenance service I explained meanwhile it's 9 2 hours later Steve and Brandon you never have to worry about service on my car ever again and I feel bad for whoever car you service More

Service for transmission of my 2009 Toyota Highlander. I had my Highlander towed to Toyota of Tampa Bay after being told by a different shop (Honest-1) that I'd need a rebuild of my existing transmission. I had my Highlander towed to Toyota of Tampa Bay after being told by a different shop (Honest-1) that I'd need a rebuild of my existing transmission. Elga was my service manager at Toyota of Tampa Bay. The mechanic who worked on my Highlander performed his own evaluation. Instead of a rebuild or new transmission, my existing transmission was cleaned, new seals and gaskets installed, and a stripped overflow plug and a sensor were installed. The service I received was exceptional, and my cost was much less than I expected based on the estimate I received at Honest-1. Never again will I go there to service my vehicles I have purchased and serviced 3 vehicles with Toyota of Tampa Bay in 6 years. Never did I ever have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change a I have purchased and serviced 3 vehicles with Toyota of Tampa Bay in 6 years. Never did I ever have to wait 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. And that’s having a 6pm appointment on a weekday! If I had not gone looking for my vehicle I doubt anyone would have come looking for me! Oh and after speaking with the Service Manager (who was very nice I must say) to let him know if my disappointment amazingly for the FIRST TIME ever I didn’t get my email requesting to rank their service! A coincidence?! I wonder! They lost my business!!!! More
