Well, I can honestly say that the Service Dept representative that I dealt with a gentleman named Derek Howard was most helpful and I will give him extra credit for giving me a real time estimate representative that I dealt with a gentleman named Derek Howard was most helpful and I will give him extra credit for giving me a real time estimate as far as when I could expect my car to be completed. If I could give you zero stars I would. Your service was horrible. Did not fix my vehicle for what I bought it in for, did not communicate with me, I had to call the service center 5 time Your service was horrible. Did not fix my vehicle for what I bought it in for, did not communicate with me, I had to call the service center 5 times to find out what was going on with my vehicle and spoke to 2 different service managers. Because of the horrible service I received I took my business to a different Toyota company to fix my original issue of the tire sensor and will be buying my new vehicle within this year there as well. I will never come back to this Toyota after over 9 years of using you. More
Pricing never makes sense. A service that cost $115 in 2021 was quoted triple that for nothing different. I understand costs have risen but no chance to that extent. A maintenance suggestion in 2023 was not recommended on either my January or December 2024 inspections. Ever since Morgan Auto Group acquired this dealer I have not been as fond of having my vehicle maintained here. More
